Job Description

Niagara Networks EMEA Channel Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the field sales team in the region for all things partners. You will develop relationships with the partner field sales, pre-sales and management teams along with technology partners in region, and support partner activities that identify new business and expand existing business in your regions.

Reporting to Global Director of Channel Sales, the Channel Account Manager, will enable and nurture our channel partners in the EMEA. You're successful at developing strong relationships with our strategic partners and alliances using available internal and external resources, to maximize revenue opportunities and establish Niagara Networks as a strategic, long term partner.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

· 7+ years of Channel sales experience in hardware/ software with a proven track record in recruiting, managing, developing, and onboarding regional value- added resellers (VARs)

· Experience in driving sales with partners, enabling partners for success and support partner marketing activities.

· History of building collaborative relationships with partners; ability to grow existing relationships and build new ones.

· Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the channel sales model and some existing relationships

· Self-discipline sales professional who is comfortable working remotely, with minimal direction

· Able to travel 25% within the territory

· Prior experience in the network visibility/security space preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or similar degree, preferably in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and enthusiastically embraces new technologies
  • Impeccable ethics, values and team collaboration
  • Able to up level complexities and details to executive level communication.
  • Able to influence sales and product team decisions and initiatives as a subject matter expert
  • Highly motivated and can work with minimal supervision and drive results independently
  • Communications and collaboration skills to work effectively with and influence senior internal and external relationships across various functions
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
